I need to prove that the black piston can generate a suction pressure (i.e. sub atmospheric pressure) over 50 cm water).
one experimenter pulls black plunger up.
other observer looks at bottom end of water column.
It moves upwards.
Can i say that this proves that the black piston can generate a "suction pressure" of over 50 cm water.
